Data We Collect
We collect information you provide directly — your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter or submit a concierge enquiry, and your name and travel preferences when you create an account.
We collect data automatically when you visit our site: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on page, and referring URL. This is collected via analytics tools and used in aggregate to understand how the site is used.
We do not collect payment card information. All transactions are processed by third-party booking platforms.
How We Use Your Data
Email addresses collected via newsletter subscription are used to send our editorial newsletter — rate alerts, new destination announcements, and editor's picks. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by replying with "unsubscribe."
Concierge enquiry data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, with your consent, to contact you about related travel services.
Analytics data is used to improve the site and is not used to identify individual visitors or sold to third parties.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We share data with service providers who help us operate the site — email delivery (Resend), analytics, and hosting. These providers are contractually bound to process your data only for the purposes we specify.
When you click a booking link and are redirected to a hotel or booking platform, that platform's privacy policy governs the data you provide to them.
Your Rights
Under GDPR and equivalent legislation, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent at any time, and object to processing.
